Willie Pratt "Billie" Minear, age 88, of Colorado City, was called home on Sunday, December 6, 2015, surrounded by loved ones.  A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, December 9, 2015, in the Kiker-Seale Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Colorado City Cemetery under the care and direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.

Billie was born January 29, 1927 in the Golin Community in Jones County, Texas to C. E. and Edna Cox Brown.

She is survived by her three children: Randall and wife, Eetha Minear of Odessa, Darlene and husband, Bill Theobald of Midland and Becky Graham of Colorado City; two sisters: Evelyn Pomroy of Midland and Mary and husband, Jim Ingram of Onlaska, TX; 14 grandchildren,15 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a son, Phillip Minear.

The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
