Betty Jean Boswell Patterson
(August 14, 1931 - May 28, 2015)

Betty Jean Boswell Patterson, age 83, of Bessemer, AL passed away Thursday May 28, 2015.  She was a member of Eastern Valley Church of God.  Betty Jean was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Alfred C. Patterson.  She is survived by her sons, Dale Patterson and Larry (Debby) Patterson; her grandchildren, Pam Ortiz, Shawn Patterson, Tim Patterson and Kevin Patterson; five great grandchildren and her sister, Margie Woods.  Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home with burial following at Highland Memorial Gardens.  Pastor Wright will be officiating.  The family will receive friends Monday, June 1, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be sent to www.bessemerbrownfh.com.
