Mrs. Martha June Slatton age 76 of McMinnville, TN, died Saturday, December 12, 2015 at NHC HealthCare.  She was born June 24, 1939, in Nashville, TN, was a retired insurance agent with Home Beneficial Life Insurance Co. and a member of Bybee Branch Church of Christ.  Mrs. Slatton was preceded in death by parents Raymond and Louise Tracy Wood, daughter Martha Suzanne Slatton, and granddaughter Preslie Slatton.

Survivors include her husband Jim A. Slatton, daughter Julie (Johnny) Myers, son Jim Alan (Mandy) Slatton, sisters Barbara Unruh and Carol Tucker, and grandchildren Andy Slatton, Tucker Slatton, Kaylee McClure, and Kirsten McClure.  Other family members and friends also survive.

Funeral service will be 1 PM Monday, December 14, 2015, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel.  Bro. Tony Lawrence will officiate.  Interment will follow at Webb Cemetery.  The Slatton Family will receive friends Sunday from 4 PM until 8 PM. and again Monday from 10 AM until 1 PM at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
