Anthony Ray "Tony" Welton, age 60, of Dunlap, CA, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2015.  He was a General Engineering Contractor extraordinaire.  A Graveside Service will be held at Dunlap Cemetery on Thursday, November 19, 2015, at 10:00 a.m.  A Potluck Celebration of Life will follow at Dunlap Community Club.  Remembrances may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
