GOLDTHWAITE — Funeral services for Kent Geeslin, 66, of Goldthwaite, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, June 2, 2017 at Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Home in Goldthwaite. Burial will follow at Goldthwaite Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. He died Tuesday, May 30, 2017 in Mills County. He was born Aug. 3, 1950 in San Saba to Don Geeslin and Della Goodwin Geeslin. He married Neta Berry on April, 1992 in Brownwood. He served in the U.S. Navy. Survivors include his wife, Neta Geeslin of Goldthwaite; children, Brian Gesslin, Michael Geeselin and Kristi Leverett and husband Joe, all of Goldthwaite; stepchildren Craig Auldridge of Goldthwaite and Jenny Amonett and husband Aaron of Abilene; grandchildren, Ellis Geeslin, Brilee Geeslin, Lainey Leverett, Jacob Leverett, Cooper Auldridge, Claire Auldridge, Payton Amonett, A.J. Amonett, Anderson Amonett and Aisley Amonett; sister, Linda Miles and husband Elam of Goldthwaite; and brother Mark Geeslin and wife Kathy of Goldthwaite. He was preceded in death by his parents. |
